Post-it Note Matchbooks

June 23, 2014 by Teach-A-Roo 4 Comments

I wanted to share what I have been working on for the past few weeks… yes weeks, because I am making A LOT of these puppies to giveaway at the upcoming SDE conference in VEGAS!  I am SUPER EXCITED to get to go another year!

We made about 1200+ to give away, but I also made a few extras to give my teammates at the beginning of the year.  Aren’t they cute?

They are SUPER easy, USEFUL, and pretty darn fancy, if I do say so myself!

So here is the scoop:
I used colorful cardstock cut into 2-1/2″ x 6-1/2″ rectangles.  I got 7 from a 12 x 12″ piece of cardstock.

Next, you fold over about 1/2″ at the bottom to make a tab. Easy-peasy! Staple at the bottom about in the middle of the tab, about 1/4″ up. Fold over the top of the rectangle to the staple. They are sized to hold the small  rectangular Post-it notes, so add a small stack of those, and embellish as you like!

Thanks to Tara for continuing this linky!  It is my favorite one of the summer!
